DELIVERIES<\/span><\/h3>\n

All orders registered until 12:30 (local time) are processed on the same day, while orders registered beyond that time are processed the next day. All orders registered on Friday after 12:30 (local time) and during the weekend are processed on Monday.<\/span><\/p>\n

A. DELIVERY IN GREECE<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery of products in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece is NOT<\/strong> FREE OF CHARGE<\/b><\/span> and is carried out via the partnered transport company within 5-10 working days.<\/span>
\nDelivery costs might vary but the customers are\u00a0 informed of the delivery cost before placing an order.<\/span><\/p>\n

B. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We currently can’t provide international shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/span><\/h3>\n

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 14 days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of delivery in Greece \u201cNEXT LINE SHOP\u201d undertakes to cover the cost of the product return via partnered courier company. If you choose to return the product via another courier service you shall be charged with the cost of the return.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need to fill in and send us the special “return form” that you can find here<\/b><\/span><\/a>. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. In addition, together with the submission of the withdrawal statement, you shall include the payment receipt. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request. In an attempt to provide the best possible customer service, \u201cNEXT LINE SHOP\u201d enables you to submit online any complaint by filling in the relevant contact form.<\/span><\/p>\n

RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

The company cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the company and make a new order. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, then the company shall bear the relevant return cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

Options for return: a)<\/b><\/span> crediting of account .Credit the value of the returned item in order to use it during your next purchase. Credit will be applied within three days of receipt of goods to our warehouse (Option Credit on the Return Form), b)<\/b><\/span> refund of money: Refund to your chosen bank account or Paypal account from which the payment was made or the credit card you charged, within 8 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product (Option Refund on the Return Form).)<\/b><\/span> refund of money: 1.
